一、单位介绍

About the Institute浙江清华柔性电子技术研究院(以下简称“柔电院”)是由浙江省人民政府和清华大学共同打造的柔性电子技术领域新型科研机构。

清华大学柔性电子技术实验室(以下简称“实验室”)由清华大学校内二级实体机构与柔电院共同组成,着力打造“前沿基础研究-关键技术攻关-产业能力生成”的全链条发展路径,建立“共建、共享、共用”的创新生态体系,形成柔性电子技术创新高地与产业策源地。

柔电院/实验室投入超过1亿元建立高水平柔性电子技术公共实验研究平台、系列化柔性电子高端自主中试平台,以及柔性电子标准化检测实验室(获得CMA认证和CNAS认可),可高质量开展柔性电子器件/系统的创新性研究、中试、性能测试及可靠性评估。

柔电院/实验室获批国家重点实验室、国家自然科学基金依托单位、国家级博士后科研工作站,拥有“浙江省新型研发机构”、“浙江省制造业创新中心”、“浙江省工程研究中心”、“浙江省双创示范基地”、“浙江省科普教育基地”五个省级平台,是浙江省第二家同时拥有五个省级平台的单位。柔电院/实验室在浙江省唯一代表国家级学会成立中国科协科技服务团和国家基金委仪器项目成果转化基地。

The Institute of Flexible Electronics Technology of Tsinghua Zhejiang ("the Institute") is a cutting-edge research institution founded in collaboration with the Laboratory of Flexible Electronics Technology at Tsinghua University (LFET). Established in November 2017 the Institute focuses on developing a comprehensive innovation ecosystem for flexible electronics. It offers open-access research and manufacturing facilities and provides market-ready solutions to advance the field.

With a team of 170 full-time staff over 80% of whom hold advanced degrees including world-class researchers and engineers the Institute is committed to addressing the key challenges in flexible electronics. Key research areas include flexible integrated devices microsystems wearable technologies and smart platforms like electronic skin.

The Institute also operates a pilot manufacturing line for flexible electronics bridging the gap between research and commercial production. It has invested over 100 million RMB in state-of-the-art experimental platforms standardized testing laboratories (CMA and CNAS certified) and provincial-level R&D centers. Recognized as a national key laboratory the Institute has filed 719 patents and is significant in driving innovation and industrial capacity in flexible electronics.

About the Roles


岗位1 微波射频电路设计

Microwave RF Circuit Design

招聘人数:3

Number of Positions: 3

(一) 岗位职责

Position Responsibilities

1.参与射频收发组件产品的原理图和版图设计,参与器件选型;

2.射频收发组件的样机调试、测试验证,分析并解决问题;

3.研发样机组装跟进,配合优化生产工艺,完成调试工作;

4.负责射频收发组件方向论文、专利等创新成果撰写。

1. Participate in the schematic and layout design of RF transceiver components and assist with device selection;

2. Responsible for prototype debugging test verification and troubleshooting for RF transceiver components;

3. Track the progress of prototype assembly collaborate on optimizing the production process and complete debugging tasks;

4. Write research papers patents and other innovative outputs related to RF transceiver components.


岗位2 柔性微系统设计

Flexible Microsystems Design

Number of Positions: 3

(一) 岗位职责

Position Responsibilities

1.负责硬件系统的架构设计,精通数字、模拟电路设计;

2.精通电磁兼容设计,熟练使用仿真软件ANSYS等;

3.熟悉产品可靠性设计,有信号/电源完整性、热设计等仿真设计经验。

1. Responsible for the architecture design of hardware systems with proficiency in both digital and analog circuit design;

2. Proficient in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design with strong skills in using simulation software such as ANSYS;

3. Knowledgeable in product reliability design with experience in simulation design for signal/power integrity and thermal design.

(二) 任职要求

Qualifications

1.硕士/博士,电子信息工程相关、微电子、电力电子等相关专业;

2.有柔性电子相关产品设计经验优先。

1. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Electronic Information Engineering Microelectronics Power Electronics or related fields;

2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in flexible electronics product design.


岗位3 天线设计

Antenna Design

(一) 岗位职责

Position Responsibilities

1.负责开展柔性阵列天线关键技术与理论研究,包括但不限于低剖面、超宽带、超表面等技术;

2.负责开展天线产品设计与研发,根据市场需求开展天线产品规划和论证;

3.负责有源相控阵天线架构设计、阵面设计、器件选型、集成制造及性能测试;

4.负责柔性阵列天线方向论文、专利等创新成果撰写。

1. Conduct research on key technologies and theories related to flexible array antennas including but not limited to low-profile ultra-wideband and me|!|tasurface technologies;

2. Lead the design and R&D of antenna products and plan and validate antenna solutions ba|!|sed on market demands;

3. Oversee the architecture design array design device selection integrated manufacturing and performance testing of active phased array antennas;

4. Write research papers patents and other innovative outputs related to flexible array antennas.

(二) 任职要求

Qualifications

1.博士,电磁场与微波技术、通讯工程、电子信息工程、微波通讯等相关专业,有从事天线与微波系统研发经验;

2.熟练使用HFSS、FEKO和CST等仿真设计软件,熟练使用示波器、矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪等仪器,了解常用的天线测试仪表和测试方法;

3.有相控阵天线、超宽带阵列天线、共形阵列天线、毫米波阵列天线、频率选择表面、人工电磁材料等方向研究经验者优先考虑。

1. Doctorate degree in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology Telecommunication Engineering Electronic Information Engineering Microwave Communication or related fields;

2.Proficient in using simulation design software such as HFSS FEKO and CST and skilled in operating oscilloscopes vector network analyzers spectrum analyzers with a solid understanding of common antenna testing instruments and methods;

3. Candidates with research experience in phased array antennas ultra-wideband array antennas conformal array antennas millimeter-wave array antennas frequency-selective surfaces or artificial electromagnetic materials will be preferred.


岗位 4 超声波雷达芯片测试

Ultrasonic Radar Testing

(一) 岗位职责

Position Responsibilities

1.负责FPGA的程序的仿真与调试,并通过FPGA控制超声波雷达芯片进行相关测试,具备相关上板调试经验;

2.负责RTL的FPGA上板原型验证,具备使用xilinx的IP库的经验;

3.了解Xilinx 的FPGA开发板和vivado软件,有使用经验。

1. Responsible for FPGA programming simulation and debugging and controlling ultrasonic radar IC through the FPGA for related testing with relevant on-board debugging experience.

2. Conduct FPGA prototyping for digital ICs with experience using Xilinx's IP libraries.

3. Familiarity and experience with Xilinx FPGA development boards and Vivado software.

(二) 任职要求

Qualifications

1.硕士,集成电路工程、微电子、通信、软件工程等相关专业。

2.掌握verilog语言,具备FPGA应用能力。

3.有FPGA控制相关硬件工作或IC的RTL原型验证经验优先。

1. Master’s degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering Microelectronics Telecommunication and Software Engineering or other related majors;

2. Excellent knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog language with FPGA application skills;

3. Candidates with experience in FPGA related hardware work or prototyping of ICs is preferred.

三、专业要求及入职待遇

Our offer and benefits

(一) 专业要求

Qualifications

电子工程、微电子、电磁场与微波类相关专业。

The Institute is looking for candidates with a background in Electronic Engineering Microelectronics Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology or other related fields.

(二) 入职待遇

Starting Salary Range

(1) 硕士:年薪酬18-25万元;

(2) 博士:年薪酬40-50万元。

150000-250000 RMB annually for Master's Degree

400000-500000 RMB annually for Doctor's Degree

有食堂、餐费补贴、年休假等福利。享受嘉兴市人才政策:包含博士一次性生活补贴6万元等。

The salary will be determined ba|!|sed on factors such as the scope of the role level of experience education specialty credentials academic achievements and research accomplishments.

Additional benefits include a cafeteria meal subsidies annual paid leave and other perks. Successful applicants with a Doctoral degree will be eligible for an annual living allowance of 60000 RMB as part of Jiaxing City's Talent Policy in the first year.
