主讲人简介：

葛宗涛，现为宁波工业互联网研究院副院长、日本华侨华人博士协会名誉会长；上海交通大学精密仪器系学士、硕士、日本东北大学精密工程博士；曾任上海交通大学精密仪器系讲师、系主任助理；日本理光集团主任研究员、日本富士胶片集团光电事业部担当部长、高级专家；富士胶片天津有限公司总经理；在日本，中国，美国及其他国家申请150多项专利、在光学界高水平学术期刊上发表论文30余篇。

Dr. Ge Zongtao Vice Director of Ningbo Industrial Internet Research Institute and Honorary President of Association of Chinese Doctors in Japan. He got his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Department of Precision Instrument Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Furthermore he is a Doctor of Precision Engineering Tohoku University Japan; In the past he was a lecturer and assistant to the dean of Precision Instrument Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; He was also a Senior Researcher Ricoh Group Japan; He served as the director and senior expert in the Optoelectronics Division of Fujifilm Group Japan; General Manager Fujifilm Tianjin Co. LTD. He has applied for more than 150 patents in Japan China the United States and other countries and published more than 30 papers in high-level academic journals in the field of optics.

讲座简介：

日本富士胶片集团（世界五百强）在主业照相胶卷市场快速消失之前，通过二十多年 “第二次创业” 的艰苦努力，通过企业文化，技术以及经营管理各方面持续创新，成功向高附加价值的医疗健康和先端材料领域转型升级，不但没有像其竞争对手柯达那样破产倒闭，反而持续发展壮大，成为传统产业向高端产业转型升级的典范，其成功经验成为哈佛大学商学院经典案例，值得借鉴和学习。

演讲者在日本富士胶片工作二十多年，亲身经历和参与了创新转型的全过程，本报告将以亲历者的角度梳理富士胶片创新转型的过程，剖析其经验与教训，力争为中国企业提供可参考的启示，也为即将走向社会的同学们提供一个思考和规划人生的视角。

Before the rapid disappearance of the photographic film market the Japan Fujifilm Group (one of the world's top 500 companies) through the hard work of the "second venture" for more than 20 years and continuous innovation in corporate culture technology and management successfully transformed and upgraded to the field of medical health and advanced materials with high added value. Not only did it not go bankrupt like its competitor Kodak but it has continued to grow and become a model of transformation and upgrading from traditional industries to high-end industries and its successful experience has become a classic case of Harvard Business School which is worth learning from.

The speaker has worked in Fujifilm for more than 20 years and has personally experienced and participated in the whole innovation and transformation process. This report will sort out the process of innovation and transformation of Fujifilm from the perspective of witnesses analyze its experience and lessons and strive to provide references for Chinese enterprises and provide a perspective of thinking and planning life for students who are about to step into the society.
